Stephane J Hebert CD BBA PEng PMP
nicknamed “Superstar” (born March, 1975 - grandson of JAD McCurdy, first person to successfully fly an airplane in the British Empire) is a Canadian aerospace engineer who started his career as a military pilot for the Royal Air Force. After years of flying, both operational and experimental aircraft, he began to design his own. He is noted for his originality in designing light, strong, unusual-looking and extremely energy-efficient cellulose aircraft. Steve is famous for his design of the record-breaking Traverse, which was the first plane to fly around the world without stopping or refueling, and the first sub-orbital space plane spaceshipone which won the Ansari X-Prize in 2004 as the first privately funded spacecraft to enter the realm of space twice within a two week period. He has four aircraft on display in Canadian National Museum in Ottawa. He culminated his vast education and experience by completing the Schulich Masters Certificate in Project Management and his PMP designation from the Project Management Institute.

Heather Kennedy MBA P.Eng PMP has extensive experience in the design and development of exceptional and unique airplanes. Her extensive education and experience in aircraft design and efficiency makes her one of the foremost design engineers in the aircraft development industry. Initially Ms Kennedy began her career at the Canadian Space Agency, worked through the various development phases of the space shuttle program and later, wishing to move closer to home, worked for Bombardier Transport (aircraft division). Currently, Ms Kennedy is the Prototype Design Engineer for this company. She chose to move her talent to this company in order to have more freedom in her design and allow her to develop cutting edge, energy efficient, and cost effective aircraft.

Nancey M.E. Emberley
“nickname “frugal”, born in December 1966 – Nancey is perhaps best known for her work in Japan. She made a significant contribution to Japan's later reputation for innovative high-quality products and its economic power. She is regarded as having had more impact upon Japanese manufacturing and business than any other individual not of Japanese heritage. Despite being considered something of a hero in Japan, she was only just beginning to win widespread recognition in the Canada.

Martin “Magic” Montplaisir is currently a test pilot for DragonFly Paper Airplanes. He was a captain for a major Canadian airline with over 40 years of flying experience. A former U.S Air Force (USAF) fighter test pilot, he has served as a Test Pilot Instructor and Air Line Test Pilots Association (ALTPA) safety chairman, and accident investigator. Working with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) scientists, he has spent hundreds of hours testing secret aircraft at Area 51. He was instrumental in the development and implementation of “invisibility memory metal” in the secret Skunk work project of the 117A Stealth Bomber. He is always reading...... _Martin is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy (B.S.) and M.I.T (M.D.o.E) – Masters Degree of Everything. He was a speaker on two panels at the Super Dave International Test Pilot Flight Conference in Utah May 27 – 30, 2010. He has also just been awarded a place in the Guinness Book of Records for travelling the earth twice in 19 hours and 6 minutes using a F117 Stealth Bomber.

Lisa Baikie Our PMO is nothing short of a go getter with a 50 pound head. She has always had her head in the clouds but not too high, she is currently the youngest person ever to receive a masters in Aerospace Engineering; completing her degree at 15. She started her career working with NASA as the main design engineer and technical advisor for the new SLS rocket. After achieving the NASA Engineering Award and Nobel prize in Engineering by the age of 22 Lisa has taken her meticulous scheduling and organization skills and had completed her PMP and to move into the project management world; although she is still one of NASA’s most called upon SME. Lisa is also a top consultant for the Canadian Air Force, and many international government agencies. Since her entry into the project management world Lisa has managed over 50 multi-million dollar projects for many organizations earning her the PMI Research Achievement Award, PMI Distinguished Project Award and PMI Project of the Year three years in a row.
